When you place an order through our website we collect the information necessary to process and fulfil your order. This includes your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored by VectorAlert Ltd.
When you contact us via our contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
Our website uses Squarespace Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may collect anonymised data including pages visited, time spent on the site and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
How we use your data
We use your personal data only to process and fulfil your order, to communicate with you about your order, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell, share or rent your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in.
Data retention
We retain order data for six years in accordance with UK tax and accounting requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and are then deleted.
